Graffiti Art was originated in the late 1990’s and has been developing ever since. Graffiti comes from an Italian word graffere and that means ‘to scratch the surface’. Graffiti art can be known for like subway art or spraycan art sometimes even use graffiti for vandalism . Keith Haring, a famous graffiti artist, made many pieces of graffiti art. He was famous in the 1990’s because of the amazing graffiti art pieces he made. Another well known artist is Pablo Picasso was a famous for his abstract painting but, he was also a talented graffiti artist. Pablo Picasso was born on October 25 , 1881 and he is from Spain. Pablo Picasso created many famous graffiti art pieces.
